Do I need to bring my computer anywhere?
No. I come to your home at a time that suits you.
How much will it cost?
The price list shows where each job starts. I tell you the exact price before I begin, and I never add anything without asking you first. The home visit is included.
What if you can't fix it?
Then you don't pay for the repair. No fix, no fee.
Will my photos and files be safe?
Yes. I don't delete anything without asking you, and where possible I back up your files before I start.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes, 30 days on my work. If the same problem comes back in that time, I'll come back and put it right.
Do you fix Macs, phones or tablets?
I work on Windows desktop computers and laptops. For anything else, just ask. If I can't help, I'll say so.
